The Terms of Use of the Web Sites of the Company Profesia, spol. s r.o. and the Protection of Copyright and Similar Rights
The company Profesia, spol. s r.o., whose registered office is at Pribinova 25, 811 09 Bratislava (hereinafter called "the PROFESIA Company"), the operator of the following web sites:

(hereinafter referred to as "the Web Sites"), grants the visitors of the Web Sites the right to use documents, articles, information, images or any other data (hereinafter referred to as "Documents") from the Web Sites under the condition that during any use of the Documents, the precise source of the information, especially the entire name of the Web Sites and of the Company operating them as well as the date of obtaining the information shall always be given in a suitable manner. During each use of the Documents, good legibility of the source of the information shall be maintained and the colour, size, font, font style and background shall be kept identical.
The use of Documents from the Web Sites is only allowed for the purpose of obtaining information for personal and non-commercial use. The Documents used shall not be subject to copying and shall be neither publicly displayed in any networked computer nor broadcast in any type of media nor made available to the public in any other way. The Documents shall not be altered in any manner and shall not be used for public or commercial use in any form whatsoever.
The Documents that qualify as works or contain any other intellectual property rights are protected pursuant to Act No. 618/2003 Coll. on Copyright and Related Rights (The Copyright Act) and other relevant legal regulations and international agreements and treaties and their unauthorised use in any form may constitute breach of copyright or other similar rights.
Both the design and the structure of the Web Sites as well as their source code are subject to copyright protection. Any full or partial copying and imitation of elements used in the Web Sites without the prior written consent of the PROFESIA Company is prohibited. No logos, graphic design solutions, images or any other information from the Web Sites may be copied or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of the PROFESIA Company.
The PROFESIA Company is the author of all databases published or accessible on the Web Sites. Without the prior written permission of the PROFESIA Company, it is forbidden to perform any and all of the following:

Permanently or temporarily transferring the entire content of the database or its substantial part to another medium in any way and by any means,

Making the entire content of the database or its substantial part public through any kind of distribution, on-line connection or by any other means of transfer.
The database user may not use the database in ways other than is usual and adequate and may not use the database to the detriment of the legitimate interests of the PROFESIA Company.
The database user may not cause any damage to the author or any other beneficiary who holds the rights to the works or to other copyrighted content of the database under relevant legal regulations.
The PROFESIA Company does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, relevance and completeness of the information contained in the Documents published in and on the Web Sites. The Documents are provided in the wording given on the Web Sites without any guarantees.
The PROFESIA Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses resulting from a loss of usability, from a loss of profit, including a case of a contractual obligation, from neglect of duty, or from any other unlawful act that may arise in relation to using the Documents and/or information contained therein. Nor shall the PROFESIA Company be liable for losses related to using the Web Sites.
The Documents published in and on the Web Sites may contain inaccuracies and spelling mistakes. Changes are regularly incorporated into the documents and the PROFESIA Company reserves the right to update the published information at any time and to discontinue the availability of the Documents without any prior notice.
Some links in the Web Sites point to third party web sites. The PROFESIA Company is not monitoring the third party servers to which those links lead and shall therefore not be held responsible for the content or the facts related to the third party servers represented by those links.
The users themselves shall bear the costs of using the Web Sites and any other expenses related to the displaying and using of the Documents. Advertisements of the PROFESIA Company's business partners, which are presented on the basis of a contractual relationship between the PROFESIA Company and the advertising party, are a part of the Web Sites and therefore do not constitute unsolicited advertising.
The terms and conditions of using the services of the PROFESIA Company are regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the PROFESIA Company.
The text of these terms is binding. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to the PROFESIA Company.
